Question: Fuel Tank Vent & Pipe Vent R...
While operating my trimmer, the pipe vent which is connected to the fuel tank vent dislodged from the fuel tank. Can someone assist me with a few questions? 1.- Can I re-use the same assembly and simply reinstall? 2.- For install or reinstall, do I need to remove the fuel tank in order to fit the tube securely into the tank? Any info will be appreciated.
cleaned carb installed gasket kit replaced filter will not run unless I have it on full choke can you advise.
What is the manufacturer and model of the carb? Is it one of the rotary -barrel models with no adjustment screws? Those carbs can be a pain and are set EXTREMELY lean at the factory. But with a few little tricks, they can be made to work OK.
i put a rebuild kit amd primer bulb but i cant get any va*** with the primer and no start ,its not sucking in any fuel ,
do i need to replace the purge bidy too?? or is it somthing else??
I put rebuild kit in. Know it will idel, but will not throttel up. acts like getting no gas
Even though you put a rebuild kit in, if the carburetor was not cleaned properly there could still be some debris clogging it somewhere.
