Removed plastic ring retainer on handle control assembly.
Removed ground wire from motor with torx tool.
Slid foam sleeve off handle.
Removed 2 phillips screws on lever cover, removed cover.
Carefully opened the black plastic handle it is 2 split pieces.
Removed old cable, installed new cable carefully into plastic grove on handle and orange plastic lever.
Replaced lever cover and screws, slid foam sleeve on black plastic handle, installed plastic retainer.
Replaced all screws, tightened till snug.
put new cable end into carb throttle slot. replaced ground wire and screwed into motor housing.
Positioned handle control assembly on shaft, checked to see if every thing worked smoothly
Tightened all screws tight.
