Simple fix by removing the throttle cable from the motor and removing the motor from the shaft, by loosening the screw at the clamp and sliding the motor away from the shaft. Then working the grip off the shaft, then you can loosen the handle where you can work the trigger lever out and replacing it with the new part, just watch for your spring and make sure it is put back in its proper place. If you will just be patient and pay attention this should be a really easy repair
