To access this part, make sure the unit is unplugged, turn the appliance so the back is facing you, remove the reservoir lid by turning it clockwise to unlock, and remove the ice reservoir. There may be a release button to remove this part. This part is sold separately and is an OEM quality part.

This is the blending blade sealing ring for a blender. It seals the blending jar and blending base. If you notice leakage coming from the base of the jar, the seal is likely damaged and in need of a replacement. This is a common wear part on a blender, since the constant contact with liquid can gradually start to wear down a seal, however this is a quick and simple replacement. No need to worry if this sealing ring will fit your blender, as it is an OEM part, sourced right from the manufacturer.
Remix Blade with Sealing Ring

This is the remix channel blade with the seal included. If the blade is not performing well due to it being damaged or dull, you will need this OEM replacement blade and seal. To access this part, remove the drink dispenser by pressing it upwards on the slanted side tabs. Turn the chamber upside-down and turn the collar counterclockwise. Now you should be able to remove the collar, blending blade and blending sealing ring. Make sure the blender is completely disconnected from the power and be very careful when handling the blade, as it is very sharp. If liquid is leaking from the base of the chamber, double check the sealing ring is installed correctly and that the chamber is secure.
