Screwdriver, Wrench Set, Used a straight pin to align & install roller on guide pin.
Parts Used
Disconnect ignition grounding leads from stop switch.
Remove carburetor from studs, carefully dis-engage throttle cable end from swivel.
Remove throttle barrel assembly (black top facing plastic assembly) from carburetor.
Locate roller pin inside the bore and use straight pin to locate roller on guide pin.
Then re-assemble.
Stuck throttle.
