Worn Clutch Drum Assy that drives the chain.
Loosen & remove 2 hex nuts holding the side cover in place by using 1/2\" nut driver.
Remove cover, chain & bar then clean all parts of dirt & debris.
Using a small flat blade screwdriver, pry the 3/8\" ID retaining ring from the shaft groove.
Remove chain retaining retaining plate & clutch drum assy, clean shaft & check for burrs or wear & correct if needed.
Apply a small amount of multipurpose grease to the bearing in the bore of the clutch drum assy.
Install all components in the reverse order of removal { they only go on one way }.Use small pliers to secure retaining ring to the shaft.
Tighten chain properly & test. If all OK, have at it, go cut some wood !!
