I own a craftsman snow thrower 9 horsepower model 536.887992 the thrower runs broken up and when U prime the gas fuel leaks.
any help would be appreciated.

Hello Right off hand, sounds like a fuel delivery problem or a valve adjustment is needed. Pull and clean the carburetor first paying special attention to the brass main jet. Clean any crud you find in the float bowl. A 1/4" inline fuel filter with a small 1/4" plastic shutoff valve installed in the fuel line are a great help.. Where is the fuel leaking at?
I also recommend always using fuel stabilizer and ethanol shield in your machine. Gas without ethanol is the best and is available. You can find the locations in your state here:
