    Screwdriver, Socket set

    Put small jack stand under each axle. Remove lower cover to expose drivetrain. Remove end shaft bearings. Note the position of washers on trunnion before removing on fork. Carefully hold chain, raise gear that is attached to shaft and remove shaft.
    Check shaft for excessive wear reverse process.
    Install trunnion on shaft. Hold chain and slip chain over gear. Pack some grease on outer bearings. Slip bearings on shaft ends. Tighten bearings. Reinstall cover.
