    Loosened four bolts that retained the lower cover and removed. Removed broken cable and installed new one. Set correct tension and replaced bottom cover.

    Cables were broken and wouldn't dirve the Snow blower

    Pliers, Socket set, Wrench Set, Needle Nose Vise Grip

    I removed the lower cover from the drive unit, and replaced the tension springs. Then i installed and adjusted the new cables. After making sure everything was working properly, l replaced the lower cover on the drive unit.

    Friction disc was worn out

    Removed the old friction disc and bolted the new one on. Had to remove the axle brackets to be able to get the old friction disc off and the new one on.

    1. Removed the bottom pan on the snowblower.
    2. The cable reattached very simply.
    3. Adjusted the upper/lower cable in the connecting plate to the right tension.
    4. Put the bottom pan back on.
