T261 is bogging down when accelerated. Unit have a new carb, air filter, fuel filter, spark plug and the exhaust and fuel lines have been cleaned. Fresh 89 octane+2cycle(50:1) has been added as well. The unit have a compression of 150psi.
Can a bad insulator cause the weed eater to bog when throttle is fully engaged?

Bogging means not enough fuel flow. Check if fuel line(in) is restricted. A bad (cracked)
Insulator would result in excess air flow.
