How much do you tighten the unloader? Will it affect the pressure you will get ? my model 020241 has a leak under the top part of the manifold. what kit do i need to fix this? I have a water leak coming from the seam on the handle. I replaced the o-rings for the nozzle and took apart the handle, where I found what seems like hard rubber seals and o-rings in both ends of the brass tube. Could this be my leak source? And if so, is there a repair kit available?----Thanks -------Walt Water is coming out of the chemical inlet valve on the top of the pump when the water source is turned on, any suggestions? I've got a Troy-Bilt pressure washer that worked great one day, and won't pump much more than a garden hose the next. I am sort of assuming that the check valves are bad. They look a little ragged where the seat is. Is this where my pressure is going? The motor is pulling just like it is pumping as usual, but I don't have much pressure at the nozzle. I drained my pump oil and I need to know how much to put back in. I also need to know if regular pressure washer pump oil I purchased at Sears will suffice in my Honda 5.0 engine. I have a broken brass pressure nozzle. What is the part number to replace it? I loaned the washer out and got it back with a broken nozzle. I really would like to have it running before spring. |
