I am replacing the front cap part for a Hitachi DV18VoltDL hammer drill, specifically part #324-074. How does the old one come off? I have the screw, part #311-959, off but the cap does
not want to come off. Please advise. Thanks Ed

Hitachi adjusting cap removal

I am replacing a front adjusting cap on a Hitachi DV18DL Hammer Drill. Please advise as to how that housing comes off to replace with the new one. Thanks
