Question: Probe Failure

Im getting a "pf" flashing on my temp display. The instruction manual says that this is a probe failure. Is the feeler the probe sensor? If so, Could I repalce it myself or should I take it for repair?

If I order an additional window bracket (TL1856) will I be able to make an extension for the bracket that came with my unit. I want to make sure the additional piece will slide into the exetension piece before I buy it.

Hello Jenn,

According to the manufacture if the TL1856 window bracket is too short, you will need to order the TL1752 door bracket, as the window brackets cannot be connected. If the door bracket is too long it also can be cut to the correct length like the window bracket.
