Help Find My Heatstar Model Number

Heatstar makes some pretty amazing heaters, many of which can last years without needing any parts. But inevitably, you may have to replace something on your heater. When this happens, the best place to start is with the model number. That way you can take all the guessing out of the parts selection process and guarantee that you get the parts that fit in your heater. If you still have the owner’s manual that came with your heating unit, you can find the model number there. Otherwise, you’ll have to do a bit of searching.

You can sometimes find the model number on your Heatstar nameplate, just below the company’s name. If you don’t see it there, check on the back and sides of the unit for a sticker or metal tag with that information. Once you’ve located the model number, just enter it into the box above to bring up the list of parts specific to your heater.

Still struggling to find that number? Don’t worry. You can give us a call Monday through Saturday and one of our customer service agents will happily help you find your model number and any parts you need for your repair.
