1. Remove the three bolts securing the starter assembly
Use a socket wrench to remove the three bolts that secure the starter assembly to the tiller.
2. Remove the old starter assembly
With the bolts removed, you can pull away the old starter assembly and set it aside (or dispose of it).
3. Realign the new starter assembly
Place the new starter assembly back into position and align it with the screw holes.
4. Secure the new starter assembly
Secure the new starter assembly by fastening the three bolts that were removed in step 1.
