I Don’t See My Royal Model Number
First off, we always recommend looking for your model number in your owner’s manual. You’ll typically find it listed within the first few pages.
If you don’t have your owner’s manual, you can look for your model number on your Royal product. The model number information will be listed on an identification plate or sticker. Royal usually places these on the base (powerhead), rear of base, or on the handle. This tag should show the Royal logo at the top and the identification numbers below.
The format of Royal model numbers varies from model to model. It may be made up of just numbers, letters/numbers, or all letters. Some examples of Royal model numbers include UR38200, 089000, and RY1000. So if you’ve found any numbers similar to these, you’ve found the only numbers you’ll need to pull up a parts list for your model. Simply enter the number you’ve found into the search box above and click the magnifying glass.
Please call us at (866)802-6383 if you have any trouble locating your model number.
Royal Repair? Need Help?
If you’re ever unsure where to begin a repair, we recommend stopping by our repair forum. Here you can ask our experts for help diagnosing your product. This is important because proper diagnosis prevents you from purchasing incorrect or unneeded parts. Or you can just use the forum as a ‘hangout’ to discuss anything on your mind. Our community of experts, customers, and DIY’ers makes it a fun, informative website.
Once the spare part(s) show up at your door, you’ll probably need some help getting them installed. And since the manufacturer doesn’t typically include instructions with their spare parts, you’ll need a installation guide. At this point, we recommend visiting our repair center. Our repair center hosts hundreds of step-by-step repair guides, covering most of the brands we have on our website. Our tool guru Mark is great at walking you through each step of a repair and helping you save time with some expert tips.
