Question: No Pressure

The pressure dropped to zero and will not build back. I removed the pressure hose at the quick connect and still no water pressure. The water goes into the pump valve but does not come out. Could this be the unload valve not working?

My pch2401 pressure washer has a Honda 5hp engine. I start the engine and it runs great, but after it's hot, if you shut it down, it absolutely, positively, will not re-start until it cools down. Why?

This is a company pressure washer( pch2401) had not been service in 7 years, so I was told I changed engine and pump oil checked carb and air filter checked water hoses, rubber washers and still no high pressure what can it be?
