Question: Spotlight Battery Replacement

Paul Yeaton

I have a v-1 Spotlight Model # SL102b. Dead Battery.
Old Battery is CB#-6 (6v3ah/20hr). Can I get this battery?
If not, does the battery in your new model VEC156BD fit my
old light? If so, where can I get a replacement battery for
my SL102B.

Where can I get a replacement battery for this flashlight? I used it one time and now it will not charge; just the red light will light on the flashlight.

I believe that Interstate batteries has it. Type in the numbers on a web search and it should come up. Mine has an SEL CB3-6 6V 3AH sealed lead acid battery and they have it.

Question: Bulb

Light was working but the battery was dying, so I charged it overnight. The next morning when I unplugged it all that would happen is the red light on top would flash and then go out. The light never would come on. Do I need a bulb or is something else wrong?

Get a knife or very flat screwdriver under neath the edge closest to the pistol grip. LIFT UP AND WORK YOUR WAY AROUND PULLING FORWARD TOWARDS THE FRONT (LENS) PART OF THE LIGHT.
