  Replacing the Blade Roller Assembly

1. Remove the retaining pin

Use a hammer and a punch to lightly tap the retaining pin out of the assembly.

2. Remove the assembly

Use a pair of needle-nose pliers to slide the blade roller out of the saw.

3. Install the new assembly

Slide the roller assembly into the saw. It's easiest if you align the tab on the assembly with the slot in the housing.

Slide the retaining pin into place and tap it in with a hammer.
