I would remove the old 5.550-273.0 cylinder head. And carefully remove all the parts that are inside of it, since it does not include those parts. You might damage some of them when they are removed from the old head. If you see any worn parts, replace them. You probably want to replace all the o-rings and seals that you can when you have it torn down.
