Let's Talk Shop: rotozip rev01 Question by don 10/19/2009 Only sputters when powered on, no response from the variable button. Is this a problem with the brushes? Can they be replaced or is it trashed? Any help would be appreciated.
1 speed Question by robb 08/06/2009 The tool only works on one speed. I think the controller is shot for the variable speed.

Response #2 Posted By Ray 09/29/2009 Mine has a similar problem, regardless of switch position. At any position, the speed modulates up and down, as if the controller has lost its mind.
