All I can say is WOW! I bought a Ryobi string trimmer from a local yard sale for $5 because it had good compression and I figured I would tear it apart and get the parts I needed at the local small engine shop. When I went to them for parts they kind of looked at me like a calf looking at a new gate and said they couldn't help me. Their solution was possibly another shop across town. so I figured I would check the internet and found your web site. It was very helpful and easy to use and you didn't kill me on the shipping! I was able to get everything I needed and now have a very nice string trimmer for the total cost of $25. The parts were reasonably priced and as I said before the shipping was not more than I would have spent in gas trying to chase the parts down from some local source.
