how do I find the manufacturer? what does a paddle do? how do you use a dough hook?

Based on your model given, the Manufacture is Sunbeam. We do not find a paddle for this model. Stick the dough hooks in the center of the mixing bowl so they're partially covered by the dough ingredients. Set the mixer to medium speed and move it around the the mixing bowl to combine all of the ingredients. Mix it just enough that the ingredients combine and the dough has an even consistency, which should take no more than five minutes. If you mix it for too long, it can result in a dense, tough dough. I have the beater that has a round plastic piece on the bottom. The beater fits and rotates so the mixer works. I want both beaters. Do you have other parts for this model?
