Help ! We are on our second Ryobi trimmer, we need the part at the trimmer head that has 3 screws holding it in, and the spool fits into it. It split. Ryobi site cannot produce it. This is our second Ryobi, and now have a new one unboxed. If we can buy that part, I can take the new one back to Home Depot.I plugged in the part number at Homelite site, the schematic parts diagram is not there. We have many Ryobi tools, great products.

Why can't I buy the string cut-off blade as a separate part? I shouldn't have to buy the entire grass deflector for a $2.00 part that has fallen off several times before I lost it.
