My Cordless hand vac runs for about 25 seconds then shuts off. I cycle the on/off switch and it runs for about 5 seconds and then shuts off. I continue to recycle the on/off switch and the vac continues to shut off after about 5 seconds. What's wrong and can it be fixed?
