How to Install the Catch Pan Kit on a Weber Grill

Finish Nailer Repair - Replacing the Driver Guide (Ridgid Part # 79004001022)
Weber Grill Catch Pan Kit

The aluminum catch pan kit consists of the pan itself and a disposable liner. The pan sits beneath the grill's drip pan. It catches any drippings or grease that don't burn off while grilling. The aluminum liner makes it quick and easy to clean the catch pan.

Let's get started.

REMOVING THE CATCH PAN   1. Remove the catch pan.

a. Open the cabinet doors.

b. Lift and remove the aluminum catch pan kit from the shelf inside the cabinet.

INSTALLING THE NEW CATCH PAN KIT

  2. Install the catch pan kit.

a. Install the new aluminum drip tray into the new catch pan.

b. Install the catch pan kit into the grill.
