Power cord connection cracking? It's time to face the fix. Whether you are a master mechanic or a garage-based grinder, eReplacementParts.com provides the parts, procedures and facts you need to fearlessly fix what fails you.
The cord guard (sometimes called the cord protector) attaches to the rear of the grinder. The power cord passes through it. Its job is to protect the power cord from over-bending and kinking. Because it is made of rubber, the cord guard will eventually become brittle and begin to crack. If it cracks all the way through, it will no longer protect the cord.
