the turbo button does not always work when pressing it .sometimes it stops while using it.any thoughts TY

Hi Johnie, Thank you for your question. If the turbo button does not always work, there may be debris clogging the switch housing. One of the four metal prongs that the lithium battery comes into contact with broke off and was lost. I cannot determine this part number. Also, how is this part replaced?

I'm blocked from registering my EGO leaf blower, for my recharger serial number begins with NBA092 but the on-line registration form begins with an unchangable different serial number
