Questions & Answers for TCH7090ER (114492028)

The heater turn on and turn off few min later and a green light turns on with a sound what is the problem?
Fidel for model number Tch7090erl asked on 2022-12-22
Hi Fidel, Thank you for your question. According to your owner's manual. If you hear beeping, it may be an alarm to let you know that the heater is overheating. You will need to unplug it and check the air intake and outlet grilles to see if there are any obstructions. You will also need to check the filter to see if it is clogged. Once you have cleaned grilles and the filter of any obstructions and clogs, plug the heater back in and it should work correctly. If you have any questions, please let us know. We are open 7 days a week. We look forward to hearing from you!
