Question: What's Wrong?

teman

My Andis D-4 trimmer I use to trim my 2 Papillon dogs feet! When I pull it out of the charger once or twice a month to use it, it seems to have very little power and quickly looses speed in minutes. The charger light is on and I think it is working properly. What is wrong and how do I fix it? Thanks!

Hello teman,

It sounds as if your 69024 battery may be worn. You may want to replace it. If you have the the trimmer hooked to the charger all the time it may be causing heat to build up in the battery which can weaken the battery quicker then normal. When you plan to use it put it in the charger maybe charge it the night before. Or consult your owners manual to see the battery charging time requirements.
