2. Place the two screw-hex cap into the lower holes on the handle and secure with the locking flange nuts.
3. Tighten with socket set and combination wrench to gust snug fit.
4. Insert Carriage bolt into upper holes in the handle and lock the height adjuster into place with the square side of Carriage bolt.
5. Tighten Carriage bolt into locking hight adjuster with star knob until snug.
6. Recheck to ensure bolts are tighten and hight adjuster stayed to correct height.
