This replacement part is supplied directly from the original equipment manufacturer. It is specially designed for riding lawn mowers and garden tractors. The gear assembly is an important component which allows a user to steer the unit. It is the part that the steering shaft attaches to. This is an identical replacement for a damaged or a missing part that was installed on a new unit. Keep in mind this high-quality steering gear is made of durable metal and is sold individually. Refer to the diagrams of your model for the correct installation of the new part. You may need a screwdriver and a wrench set to take the deck apart in order to perform this repair.
