1. Remove the axle bolt
Use a socket wrench to remove the axle bolt -- then pull the wheel away from the mower.
2. Remove the wheel adjustment plate bolt
Place a wrench over the nut on the inside of the mower and use a socket to loosen and remove the bolt. Then pull the plate, washer, sleeve and arm away from the mower.
3. Assemble the plate, arm, bolt, and sleeve
a) Slide the new arm through the hole in the plate
b) Push the bolt through the arm and plate.
c) Slide the sleeve back onto the bolt.
4. Install assembly onto the mower
Hold the nut onto the inside of the mower and use a socket wrench to re-fasten the wheel adjuster arm assembly to the mower.
5. Secure the wheel
Place the wavy-washer onto the axle bolt, then push the bolt through the wheel and secure to the mower.
