    1. Remove the screws from the primer bulb cover and remove the old primer bulb.
    2. Insert the new primer bulb in the cover and screw it to the carburetor.
    3. Remove the old fuel cap and install the new one.

    fuel lines worn out and gas cap leaking

    removed fuel lines one at a time , cut to length feed through the gas tank holes connected to carburetor and attached filter to pick up line,filled with fuel,unit primed just fine and started right up.
    good idea to angle cut tips of fuel lines to help feed into tank and handy to have some long needle nose pliers to grasp the fuel lines to pull into tank.

    Used an adjustable wrench to hold the nut at the end of the shaft.
    Spun old string head off
    Cleaned the thread end of shaft
    Replaced the old with the new
