How to Replace the Drip Pans on a Weber Grill

Finish Nailer Repair - Replacing the Driver Guide (Ridgid Part # 79004001022)
Weber grill drip pan

Your grill's catch pan collects any grease or drippings that don't burn off inside the grill. The aluminum drip pans line the catch pan and make clean up simple. The drip pans are disposable. When the catch pan is full, you simply dump out the aluminum drip pan and install a new one.

Let's get started.

REMOVING THE DRIP PAN   1. Remove the catch pan.

a. Open the cabinet doors.

b. Remove the aluminum catch pan from the shelf inside the cabinet.

c. Remove and discard the aluminum drip pan from the catch pan.

INSTALLING THE NEW DRIP PAN

  2. Install the drip pan.

a. Install one of the new aluminum drip trays into the catch pan.

b. Install the catch pan assembly into the grill.
