REMOVING THE FISHTAIL POINT 1. Remove the fishtail point.
a. Use adjustable pliers to loosen the fishtail point.
b. Unthread and remove the fishtail point from the auger.
INSTALLING THE NEW FISHTAIL POINT
2. Install the fishtail point.
a. Apply a thin layer of grease to the threaded portion of the new fishtail point.
b. Thread the new fishtail point into the tip of the auger.
c. Use adjustable pliers to tighten the fishtail point.
