The water filter in your coffee maker helps to remove minerals in the water. If not filtered, those minerals will create (calcium) build-up in the coffee maker. The filter should be replaced every sixty days (or more if you have hard water).
Let's get started.
REMOVING THE WATER FILTER 1. Remove the water filter.
a. Remove the water filter holder.
b. Remove the old water filter from the holder.
INSTALLING THE NEW WATER FILTER
2. Install the water filter.
a. Rinse the new water filter under cold water (for at least 10 seconds) before installing it.
b. Install the new water filter into the holder.
c. Install the water filter holder into the coffee maker.
