REMOVING THE EXHAUST GASKET [top] 1. Remove the rear cover.
Remove the (4) screws from the rear cover.
Remove the rear cover from the engine.
2. Remove the exhaust gasket.
Remove the (2) screws from the muffler assembly.
Remove the muffler and exhaust gasket from the engine.
INSTALLING THE NEW EXHAUST GASKET [top] 3. Install the exhaust gasket.
Install the (2) mounting screws to the muffler assembly.
Install the exhaust gasket onto the muffler (the screws will help keep it aligned).
Install the muffler assembly and gasket onto the engine.
Secure the muffler assembly and gasket to the engine with the (2) screws.
REASSEMBLING THE UNIT [top] 4. Reinstall the rear cover.
Reinstall the rear cover onto the engine.
Secure the rear cover with the (4) screws.
