The power supply contains the circuitry needed to reduce the voltage, and a switch that is used to turn the work light on and off. Over time, the power supply can wear out and will need to be replaced.
Let's get started.
REMOVING THE POWER SUPPLY 1. Remove the power supply.
a. Unplug the saw.
b. Remove the two screws securing the power supply to the trigger handle.
c. Lift the power supply away from the trigger handle.
d. Disconnect the two wire connectors from the power supply.
INSTALLING THE NEW POWER SUPPLY
2. Install the power supply.
a. Connect the two wiring harnesses to the new power supply.
b. Install the new power supply onto the trigger handle.
c. Secure the power supply with the screws.
