REMOVING THE RETAINER STRAP 1. Remove the retainer strap.
a. Disengage the buckle securing the metal retaining strap to the drum.
b. Remove the retainer strap from the loops surrounding the upper cloth collection bag.
INSTALLING THE NEW RETAINER STRAP
2. Install the retainer strap.
a. Thread the new retainer strap through the loops surrounding the upper cloth collection bag.
b. Secure the new retainer strap to the drum with the buckle.
