Is your grill a rusty mess? If so, it's for some new grill grates. The grill grates are made of cast iron with a porcelain coating. Eventually, the coating will wear off the cast iron and it will begin to rust. You can extend the life of the grades by oiling them when you use your grill. Oiling the grates has the added benefit of preventing your food from sticking.
Let's get started.
REPLACING THE GRILL GRATES
1. Remove the warming rack by lifting it away from the grill grates.
2. Remove the old grill grates by lifting them away from the grill box.
3. Install the new grill grates by placing them on the shelves in the rear and the front of the grill box.
4. Reinstall and secure the warming rack.
