This article provides step-by-step instructions for removing and installing the flexible tube on an Echo backpack blower.
REMOVING THE FLEXIBLE TUBE
1. Remove the flexible tube.
a. Use a screwdriver to loosen the two hose clamps securing the flexible tube to the rigid tubes (the elbow tube and the swivel tube) on either side.
b. Remove the flexible tube from the blower.
INSTALLING THE NEW FLEXIBLE TUBE 2. Install the flexible tube.
a. Install the hose clamps loosely onto the ends of the new flexible tube.
b. Install the new flexible tube onto the elbow tube.
c. Install the new flexible tube onto the swivel tube.
d. Secure the new flexible tube by tightening the two hose clamps.
