Always depressurize the tank before servicing an air compressor. To do this, open the drain valve and wait until all of the air (and pressure) has escaped.
REMOVING THE REGULATED PRESSURE GAUGE [top] 1. Remove the manifold cover.
Remove the retaining screw.
Lift the manifold cover away from the unit.
2. Remove the regulated pressure gauge from the manifold.
Use a wrench (11mm for the model shown here) to loosen the pressure gauge.
Remove the regulated pressure gauge from the manifold.
INSTALLING THE NEW REGULATED PRESSURE GAUGE [top] 3. Install the new regulated pressure gauge.
SPECIFIX: This gauge comes with thread sealant pre-applied; additional sealant is not required.
Thread the new regulated pressure gauge onto the manifold.
Use a wrench to secure the gauge.
REASSEMBLING THE UNIT [top] 4. Reinstall the manifold cover.
Install the manifold cover.
Secure the manifold cover with the screw.
