Raised tractor and put it on jack stands. Took a lot of pictures. Removed drive belt from the main drive pulley. Dropped the deck to the ground. Took more pictures. Removed what was left of the Idler Pulley. Cleaned the deck and other pulley's and deck parts. Viewed eReplacement Parts diagram and assembled the Idler Pulley onto the deck. Put the deck back onto the tractor. Fired up the tractor and checked for proper operation. Everything worked fine (so far).

I followed the instructions on the video by ereplacement after identifying the fact one of my deck pulleys bearing was no longer turning properly.
    1. Remove deck pins
    2. Release belt (which was missing in my case) and take the deck from under the tractor.
    3. Loosen the bolt nut from the top of the pulley to remove (socket on top, box wrench under- neath
    4. Remove the washer, and pulley, bearing housing, then replace with the new pulley and bearing housing. Hint: put the belt around the pulley before replacing the pulley on the bolt so that they fit into the pulley guard housing, otherwise you will have to loosen it again to put the new belt on.
    5. Tighten the nut back on the pulley bolt, check to make sure it is flat and turns easily.
    6. Loosen the other pulley and place belt around pulley circuit per deck requirements, of the mower.
    7. Re-install the deck to the tractor.

    1. I placed the mower on a ramp so I could easily get underneath it to work.
    2. Dropped the mower deck all the way down to it's lowest position.
    3. Installed the new pulley with Hex bolt, flat washers and Hex Flange nut. This only required the use of a 9/16 combination wrench and a 9/16 ratchet wrench.
    4. Replaced the belt and the mower was back in operation.
