Engine would not turn over bad safety interlock switch

Changed switch under seat then ignition switch next still nothing
Change solenoid nothing
Change brake switch then it started
That was the hardest one to replace
Lowes wanted $ 300.00 just to look at it
Total cost of all 4 parts was under $75.00

disconnected ignition switch from harness by simply unplugging ignition switch. Took screwdriver and pried old ignition switch out then reconnected new switch and pushed back into panel. Engine started without any issues.

unplugged wiring harness from ignition switch. connected harness to the new ignition to check operation. disconnected harness to install switch to dash board position. reconnect harness, and check operation. engine now runs as intended. I concluded that the afterfire solenoid was losing power due to faulty ignition switch,thus blocking fuel flow to carb main jet.
