This is a genuine OEM replacement part and is sold individually. The Fuel-Strainer (Fuel Filter) sits inside of the fuel tank and filters out dirt and debris and keeps the carburetor free from clogs. The fuel filter itself will at some point become clogged and restrict the fuel getting to the carburetor needing replacement. Pull the fuel filter from the tank with needle nose pliers
Remove the old filter from the fuel line, and in stall new one.
Place the new filter in the tank
Remove the primer cover screws
Remove the primer, then install the new one
Screw the primer cover in place
Remove the old filter from the fuel line, and in stall new one.

Fished the fuel filter out of the tank with a wire bent on the end in a hook. Removed the old fuel filter and installed the new one, then placed it back into the tank.
Removed the old spark plug and installed the new one.
The blower is running great now.

1. Removed side cover, carburetor and handle from saw.
2. Removed fuel tank.
3. Removed old fuel lines.
4. Cleaned debris from fuel tank
5. Cleaned carburetor then reinstalled it.
6. Reassembled tank with new fuel lines and filter.
7. Reassembled saw.
8. Runs great!
