This heavy duty air filter is made out of pleated paper and it is sold individually. It is commonly used item on a variety of backpack gas powered blowers. It is designed to filter our dust and debris which could enter carburetor and engine. It is recommended to periodically check on condition of your air filter. Over time it will get clogged preventing air from entering carburetor. This will greatly affect blowers performance, at this point filter should be replaced. Replacing this air filter is easy and does not require any tools. • First remove the air filter cover by releasing tabs • Remove old air filter • Clean out the filter base from any left over dust • Place new air filter in the case • Reassemble and test the blower |

This item works with the following types of products:
- • Blower
Replaced the fuel filter
Replaced the air filter
Finally replaced the intake adapter
Removed the air filter cover and changed out the air filters
Install the lost tubes
Replaced broken shoulder bolt and all washers on Echo blower control arm. Also bent and repositioned shut-off switch leafs on the end of the control arm since blower would not shut off after use (Moving the speed control sliding switch to the off position did not ground out ignition and therefore would not shut off.....had to apply choke in order to kill the engine.)
