Took the throttle apart and replaced the handle. This is not an easy task, so keep your cool. Took the cover off the muffler and took out the spark arrester. Tried the unit and same thing. Replaced the fuel line in case there was a pin hole in the line and cleaned the carb. Replaced the air filter - it was totally oil soaked. Tried it again and same thing. So after much thought, took the whole muffler off again and looked down into the port with a flashlight and low and behold the port was all but blocked. left the piston in place blocking the port and very carefully scraped the carbon out - blew the carbon out with air - lubricated it with oil and it ran like a champ. Adjusted the carb and it ran great. :-)

Removed the old cutting head with a socket. Installed the new one and put the line in it. I have used e-Replacement parts now at least five times, and the website is absolutely the best. I can find a picture of the part I am looking for, order it and just a few days it is there. It seems that if I have a breakdown, I can always find it on this website and it is great pricing.

, Metal hook to grab fuel line

Used the tutorials on the site to determine the issues (except their video for the fuel filter was not the right one, so I just went by the written instructions). Tested various possible problems to narrow down the problem. Pretty sure it was just dirty air and fuel filters (they looked a bit dirty). Ordered and less than a week went by before I was able to install (according to their directions). Easier than I thought. Did not have to empty fuel tank. Used disposable gloves. Runs great again! Thanks!
