    Right Parts the First Time

    Right parts, on time
Received the right parts on time, and they fixed my carb problem so I could mow my yard. Woo hoo! However, shipment tracking left a LOT to be desired. Yes, I know that's on USPS. Went from "label printed, awaiting delivery to USPS" to "delivered to my house" (again, on time) with no intermediate tracking steps shown. Until it arrived in my mailbox, I had no visibility that the item was actually in the hands of USPS and moving. I needed the parts bad, so I phoned ereplacementparts to get reassurance order had actually shipped, and their robot said (you guessed it) due to the pandemic they couldn't (wouldn't) answer my question. C'mon guys, it's been a year, it's time to figure it out. To make sure I got the part so I could mow, I ordered a backup from another e-tailer, figuring I'll need it eventually. Ends up this was unnecessary -- and that's good -- but at the time lacked assurance my part was on its way. Oh well, all's well that ends well, but still, 4-star customer experience, not 5.

    Wrong Part
Good and bad. The parts were shipped right away but FedEx took 11 days to deliver it. Thats unacceptable. It finally arrived and was the wrong part for my Honda lawnmower. So, not good there. Marcus was very helpful in expediting the return, though. Lawnmower parts can be difficult to properly identify so I can understand that problem. But Fedex is bad and this is increasingly becoming a part of their reputation.

All I can say is that eREPLACEMENT got the parts to me fast with in 3 days that was great. I have used them before and have never had a bad deal with them. They are fast in shipping which is the best around as they get the parts to you. I recommend anyone needing parts to check them out first before going any place else.
