Ordered the exact replaceny parts...inserted the threaded carriage bolt through 2 pieces of lawnmower handles..lined up the bolt and screwed the threaded handle on. Tightened handle hand tight only.

Broken lower handle, dull blade

Socket set, Wrench Set, Spark plug socket
1. Broken lower handle: removed three bolts, took out old handle, inserted new handle, replaced bolts.
2. Dull blade replacement: removed spark plug wire to prevent accidental starting, turned on side opposite gas cap, placed foot against blade to prevent turning, removed bolt, removed blade, put on new blade and lined up with bell blade support, placed foot against blade to prevent turning, tightened bolt, turned machine back over, reconnected spark plug wire. Mow on.
